The Zealot provides you with the ability to carry your climbing equipment in comfort to both the bouldering gym and the crag.
Crafted from durable, bluesign® approved recycled ballistic nylon and high tenacity nylon ripstop the new rock climbing pack line from Osprey is both hardwearing whilst not causing any necessary harm to the environment. For comfort the pack line features an EVA moulded back panel, which allows you to carry heavy climbing equipment in comfort for long approaches.
The 45L Zealot provides climbers with ample organisation for them to achieve their onsite and blast through the crux. A front-loading design provides ample organisation of rope and climbing hardware. Allowing you complete access whilst out at a gritty crag. An internal mesh pocket under the main flap houses the included rope tarp with tie-off loops, this aids in rope management at the crag and allows for improved safety. A secondary point of entry is the top load, cinch closure - this access point provides you with further options to load up more climbing racks and carry that little bit extra to the crag.
Further organisation and crag-specific features on the pack are tailored toward the climber. Internal side panel zip pockets are sized to accommodate the majority of climbing guide books, one of which features a key fob so you can return to the van life without worrying about where you left your keys. Using the top load access the stowaway cinch flap cover features webbing loops for external rope carry should you just be shuffling down the crag. Grab handles on the duffel opening allow you to carry the pack like a duffle whilst finding the perfect belay spot.
The unit is constructed with durable, protective, compressible foam sidewalls that protect the world from your metal climbing hardware in addition to your body when slinging the bag around. An EVA moulded back panel with an HDPE frame sheet provides your back with protection when hauling oddly shaped metal items on the approach. Hipbelts allow you to transfer the load into your legs and naturally being an Osprey bag, feature pockets on the sides to allow you to carry must-have essentials on hand.
