About the Bataleon Party Wave +
Brand new from Bataleon, the Party Wave+ is exactly what the name suggests, an upgraded version of the Party Wave.
The Party Wave+, as with the standard Party Wave, has been designed to ride on and off-piste with the added benefit of riding 5-10cm shorter than your all-mountain board for maximum fun and maximum performance.
The Party Wave+ has a directional 3BT, which incorporates a narrow center base with more side base uplift area and angle in the nose than in the tail. The tapered shape, sidecut, and setback stance are optimized for backseat steering, high-speed traction, and maximum powder float while the narrow center base generates swift edge-to-edge transfer and powerful carves.
The board uses Light Core construction with 50-50 Swiss paulownia and poplar woods blend for optimal strength-to-weight properties. Bataleon has used the Ultra Glide S base, which has maximum molecular content for a hardened sintered base and more molecules mean a super fast and durable base. the Triaxial laminate fiberglass used in the construction of the Party Wave+ provides increased response and strength at low weight.
The Party Wave+ features a Dual Super Tube wood core upgrade has two hollow carbon rods milled into the bottom of the core to enhance pop and give the camber more snap.
With Side Kick Tips, this new tech from Bataleon will enhance the performance of the 3BT base increasing sidebase uplift on the widest parts of the nose and tail. This creates incredibly smooth turn initiations and enhances overall board stability in rough terrain and in powder.

- Shock Wall - Urethane-infused sidewalls that smooth out your ride and are more resistant to impact.
