Please not that Prana uses vanity Numeric Sizing for their pants, which are two figures lower than the actual Waist Measure in inches (e.g. X Small Pants are a Numeric Size of 28-29, but an actual Waist width of 30-31 inches). For best fit, go by the Waist size measurements

How to Measure Your Chest & Arm Length

Wear just an undergarment or nothing at all.

Stand up straight with your arms hanging by your sides and breath normally.

Run a soft tape measure under your arm pits over the largest part of your chest and across your shoulder blades.

The tape measure should be snug, but not tight.

Ask a friend to run a soft tape measure from the centre of the back of your neck, across to the tip of one shoulder, then down the outside of your arm to your wrist bone.

How to Measure Your Waist

Wear just an undergarment or nothing at all.

Stand up straight with your arms hanging by your sides

Breath normally and run a soft tape measure around your waist just about in line with your belly button.

The tape measure should be snug, but not tight.

The Fit

Prana's Bottoms are sized up for a more comfortable wear; a Medium Size will have a Prana Numeric Size of 32-33, whilst measuring 34-35 inches. Prana's range comes in a variety of fits. Be sure to choose the style most suited to your chosen activity for optimum fit and comfort.

Shirt Fit Guide

Standard: Slightly looser fit for casual comfort.
Slim: More fitted look with 1" less in the hem and chest, and .75" in the shoulder width than standard.

Pant Fit Guide

Relaxed: Loosest fit for everyday comfort and casual look.
Standard: Slightly closer fit with reduction of 1.5" in the thigh, 0.75" in the knee from Relaxed Fit.
Slim: Closest fit with reduction of 1" in the thigh, 2" in the knee, and 2" in the leg opening from Relaxed Fit.
