The Mammut 240 Short is a lightweight avalanche probe - an essential part of any skier or snowboarder's backcountry pack. This newly developed short version features high-quality aluminium construction with a fast assembly, glove-compatible design and secure telescopic locking.
Simple and easy to use, it allows you to assemble the pole in seconds without removing gloves. It can extend from its packed length of 38cm to its full length of 240cm in seconds. The Probe 240 Short also features probe depth scaling and a carry bag with an emergency plan printed on it.
