The Distance FLZ poles from Black Diamond are durable and lightweight trekking poles forming part of the folding Z-Pole series.

The 3-section folding design is quick and easy to assemble thanks to Black Diamond's speed cone deployment which locates each section effortlessly into place. The FlickLock adjustment system gives you 20cm of height adjustment to help across changing terrain with improved joint support throughout the shaft delivering more stiffness and stability.

A lightweight EVA grip combined with a non-slip foam mini grip extension means you have ultimate handling comfort all day. The updated design features a breathable, moisture-wicking strap made from recycled materials. Includes protective Rubber Tech tips and Carbide Tips letting you tackle a range of ground types.

When not in use, the Distance FLZ breaks down at the push of a button to a travel-friendly 41cm making them the ideal trekking poles for hikes long and short.
